In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help me as what I needed for car insurance is a little different then most. The sign up process was a breeze and they don't charge anything extra as a down payment, except the first month's payment to start your plan, that was a huge bonus for me. Carol was very patient with all my questions and everytime she said she would follow up with me, She definitely did. I do like they have a texting option, which makes it so much easier for me. I highly recommend this office."
